All regular, full time employees are eligible for accrued sick and vacation benefits and bereavement leave.

Trident Seafoods Time Away from Work Policies
Trident Seafoods provides accrued paid vacation to take time for rest and recuperation. Trident Seafoods encourages you to use the available vacation time.
Trident Seafoods also provides accrued paid sick time for the following reasons:
To care for yourself or a family member* experiencing a physical illness or mental health challenge.
When you or a family member is the victim of sexual assault, domestic violence, or stalking;
In the event our business or your child’s school or place of care is closed by order of a public official for any health-related reason.
*Family members include children (biological, adopted, foster, stepchild regardless of age or dependency), spouse, domestic partner, parent, grandparent, grandchild, sibling.
