The plans offer in- and out-of-network benefits, providing you the freedom to choose any provider. However, you will pay less out of your pocket when you choose a PPO or Premier provider.
Locate a Delta Dental network provider at deltadentaloh.com. Select “Find a Dentist” > “Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier Network.” Choose “Delta Dental PPO plus Premier” to begin your search.
