  • Members save 40% on a full pair of glasses and 15% on contact purchases if your benefit for the year has already been used.

Please take the time to carefully review your plan options before making your benefit elections or making changes to your elections if you experience a qualifying life event.

For new employees, benefits will be effective the first of the month following two months of employment.
